Top notch customer service. I was having issues ordering online because of my card, so I called the store to see if I could order over the phone. The lady I spoke to was so friendly and helpful, she found the exact item I wanted, processed my order and got it in the mail that day. I received the boots in 2 days. It's refreshing to experience such kind customer service these days. I really appreciated it.
I got in contact with the team to hunt down some very specific jeans and they were more than happy to help. Everyone was polite and understanding, my order was shipped promptly and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks!!

The worst online shopping experience ever. In April 2024 I ordered a pair of Twisted X boots that were on sale. The boots didn't fit so I returned them for a larger size. The Roundyard contacted me and informed me they didn't have the next size up. As per their return policy they wouldn't offer a refund. I waited for them to get the boots back in stock. 13 months later they still don't have those boots.
