i visit here bc i have a family member who lives here. management has my my life/my boyfriends life a living HELL when we visit. first, we got a big notice/my relative got a talking to bc we backed into a spot without any signs being posted. next, we parked in a guest spot without a parking pass bc it was sent to the wrong address so we were waiting for it to arrive, and we were told to destroy the old pass, so we had no pass. $350 dollars due to a simple misunderstand and mistake.

we got our car towed for parking in a visitor space… are you serious? And now we have to pay $310 to get it back.

I lived here in 2018-19 and the parking even as a resident was absolutely terrible. Each house only gets one guarantee parking spot and for the extra cars you basically need to hope their is a spot open near your house. Also the HOA is completely unreasonable. I attended one of the hearings before and the board talked down to people that tried to appeal their fine without stopping to consider the background of each case.
