This company is horrible. The customer service representative Emmanuel gave me incorrect information which is very scary when dealing with your mortgage servicer. The manager Nicole never got back to me regarding a payment that was “lost” . I think it is time to seek outside help. Do not ever choose this company.
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE of a company. Save your sanity and add years to your life by saving the stress they will cause you IF you don’t have to use them! THEY FAILED TO PROPERLY PROCESS OUR ESCROW SHORTAGE PAYMENT OF OVER $1K, resulting in our payments being short for a couple of months and statements being incorrect! They conveniently can’t seem to find a call we made either regarding this issue. THEN, after we paid out of pocket ANOTHER $150+ to fix their ERROR, we were told all was fine. NOPE! Horrible!! They have no order to their system. My mortgage was switch over to this horrible company. I set up auto draft, plus made the first payment. 32 days later I get something in the mail saying that my account is delinquent. I have a perfect credit score and have 0 delinquencies on my record. These people are tarnishing my credit score because they can’t get their stuff together.
