Closed my loan with them in 2025 and have not received my year end tax statement... Can't reach them via customer service & my online account has been closed. Terrible company & horrible customer service. I can't believe they are allowed to manage mortgages...

I have an account with RoundPoint but can never get a proper response from them. When I looked up there servicing location and got a phone number, the phone number I got was not accessable from my cellphone in Oregon. I will likely have to drive there to make a mortgage payment.

Unfortunately, this company bought my mortgage. Absolutely awful company. Terrible customer service. No solutions to solve their own errors. They take double the amount of money needed for escrow and can’t/won’t explain why.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. they changed the mailing address, my bank would not accept it and mailed to the old address. I was charged a late fee. I have never been late and have always made my payments. There's five minutes of questions before you can even get to a menu! 61 in the queue! I feel sorry for the people working for this company because they are not trained, and the responses do not answer your questions. I accidentally made my mortgage payment from the wrong bank account (one that didn’t have sufficient funds), so the payment was returned for NSF. By the time I realized what happened, it was already past the 1st of the next month, and a late payment had been reported to my credit. I wrote a letter explaining the situation and respectfully asked if they would consider removing the negative mark since I’ve never made a late payment before.
