A predatory mortgage lender whom waits until a late fee is accessed on your account before going through proper channels of communication to notify their clients. They offer no one-time grace fee and are difficult to communicate with.

Closed my loan with them in 2025 and have not received my year end tax statement... Can't reach them via customer service & my online account has been closed. Terrible company & horrible customer service. I can't believe they are allowed to manage mortgages...

I have an account with RoundPoint but can never get a proper response from them. When I looked up there servicing location and got a phone number, the phone number I got was not accessable from my cellphone in Oregon. I will likely have to drive there to make a mortgage payment.
