The absolute worst service and I only had them for 2 months! I've never experienced a company that consistently lies or have no idea where your money is. 3 months!!! It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting for them to give me my own money. These financial institutions will charge you fees on top of fees if you owe them. I'm definitely owed late fees at this point!
I worked with Ashoka Hughes who was amazing. I got to Asia after calling the company more than once and being hung up on after asking for a supervisor. I called back and got Asia who was able to solve my issue about ACH drafting and advanced payments with out going to a supervisor ! Thanks Asia
