Personnel always very helpful
My experience with this surgery was good . But then after a while was put to any gp if I phoned . I suffered a stroke . Suffered with cronic fatigue. Been poorly a while but the team now have chucked off the list saying I missed 3 app . One app they kicked me off list for was never given was a phone call app never received my daughter in law was sat with me the whole day but they struck me off for it .to go to another gp is scaring as I suffer from severe aniexty and doing this change is heartbreaking and scary

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I called Tuesday about issues I had, got a same day appointment from a lovely receptionist who was really helpful, no waiting on hold or anything, saw a lovely doctor, he listened to my concerns I did not in any way feel brushed off, my issues were taken seriously and he went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of my issue, I then saw a nurse today who had taken bloods, something I really don’t enjoy, she was so kind, helpful answered all of my many questions happily, ma... read more
