We didn't realize that you needed to make a reservation with the city. So we showed up and was looking around the outside of the building. One of the city workers saw us wandering around and asked us if we would like a tour. She showed us around and was very gracious. Really cool old building, and the old railroad steam engine that they are restoring is really cool and worth the stop.
