We took our home off the market to refinance with round bank. After not hearing back from them for some time I emailed them to ask how everything was coming. Drew informed me that they could no longer offer me the rate I signed for and that I could put our home back on the market. I could not have had a worse experience and would warn anyone thinking about using this bank for a mortgage to look elsewhere. We not only lost time on the market, they don’t honor signed paperwork. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Wouldn’t recommend them for anything! Save your time and your money and look else where
