Wow, nothing but bad reviews from their customers. Not surprising. I have not arranged rides through this company but a family on my block uses them. I know this because halfway down the block their drivers begin honking, beep beep beep. Every weekday a young man is picked up in the morning and then returned in the late afternoon. We all hear the honking. Several neighbors have complained about the noise problem to our city council woman and to the pickup company. The driver bus 59 sometimes she drives 77 or 79 has flirted with my husband she constantly drives pass our home to harassment I've called and complained but nothing was done I also took pictures of her in the act I would never use this company why are they still in business shut them down!!!!!!! She has no clients on our street she passes through there twice a day she's using her job for personal gain shame on her !
