Have spent 2 weeks getting ghosted by customer support on emails and phone calls. The furniture itself is half a step above IKEA at 5x the price. Planning on getting a new bedroom set and living room furniture, but never want to deal with this business again.
Price was good for the bar stools that we purchased. Came home and one leg was cracked. Have been contacting them since mid April. Emailed numerous times and was told to call. I call leave a msgs and no one responds. Endless circle. CS sucks!
Please please please do not go here unless your ready for a rude owner and damaged/cheaply made furniture that claims to be Ashley furniture but I worked at Ashley for a couple years and I haven’t seen anything like this!
Shipping and receiving staff cool they have in and out a lot of space for semis
Awful ! 6 months after purchasing table and chairs through Wayfair. Leg was loose and not secure. I sent them all the receipts, pictures etc… their solution was to send me another leg. How stupid and irresponsible are they ???? Don’t buy from them !
