2nd time in and still satisfied! Took the time to help me choose a few different options my first visit for my island. Great price for 3 stools. Went back a 2nd time for the same stool and he had it in stock. Haven’t had a bad experience yet and quality of stools are still in good shape! Brand spanking new.
Ordered Table online. It was delivered and missing parts. Contacted customer service and they refused to send the missing parts claiming they could not find my order. Would not recommend this company to anyone!
Pros: I ordered two Clelane Wood 3-Drawer nightstands from Amazon, and they arrived promptly. Packaging was so good it was a challenge to open--and dispose of all materials! Perfect condition, no scratches, gauges or broken corners. Putting on the legs was easy, although the hex wrench provided was a little too large, it did not turn easily. I wish I have seen the reviews before ordering. Furniture from this brand is bad and the customer service is worse. There is no service at all.
I love my dining table purchased through Wayfair but from this company. One chair arrived damaged from shipping and I submitted a claim. I received excellent customer service and the replacement was shipped out quickly. Highly recommend.
