Inherited some boxed furniture from them and the legs were missing and they actually want me to pay for the legs that was not in the box when I took It home, zero empathy from this money hungry place, The table already cost 900+ shameful
I had a great experience at Roundhill! The staff were friendly and very helpful, they have beautiful furniture at great prices.
I’ve been trying to get ahold of customer service about an order for replacement parts that I paid for over a week ago that I’ve received no update for and it’s next to impossible to get ahold of anyone. I’ve sent emails and no one ever answers the phone. They have non-existent customer service.
Horrible customer service! Sent packages to wrong address, twice! Contacted them multiple times to update address with NO response!
