I bought an eesilk seatpost from the team here. The seatpost does indeed smooth the ride, however, I had an issue with one of the bolts vibrating lose and being lost not long after purchase. The supplier would not come to the party to replace the part (total thumbs down to them) but the team at Roleur Cycles stood by me as a customer and provided the part. I took my bike and they made it ride so very smoothly. They upgraded and repaired what was necessary. They even took the time to set my speedo and lights up better. They worked with my budget and my lack of knowledge about bikes. I have a clean rolling bike now !
