I went into the shop and asked if they had an part, they had a quick look around and found one that looked like it, they gave it to me without change and I will be back to buy something from the shop. Great service

I was boxing my bike to ship and didn’t have a pedal wrench to remove my pedals. I stopped in and they took my pedals off and also helped me move my derailleur in so I didn’t need to take that off, which I was going to. No charge. Easy peasy. Much thanks!

I bought an eesilk seatpost from the team here. The seatpost does indeed smooth the ride, however, I had an issue with one of the bolts vibrating lose and being lost not long after purchase. The supplier would not come to the party to replace the part (total thumbs down to them) but the team at Roleur Cycles stood by me as a customer and provided the part.
