Ok...So I'm actually surprised this place is still in business. I bought the Roughneck software when I first started in this business.. paid 5k.. now it's on sale for $1,995... and I have to tell you the service at this company made it a very terrible experience for me. The tech support treating me with such disrespect that after a few years I decided to spend another 7k to change my system to Sherware and I couldn't be happier. Tech at Sherware always treats me with the utmost respect and the software is so very easy to use... read more
