Jose was great. Reshaped a hat that I inherited from my Grandfather. Breathed a whole new life into it.
Fantastic experience buying a hat here! Angel helped me pick the right size and color and Jose did a phenomenal job shaping it! I showed Jose a photo of a hat I liked and he made mine look even better! These guys love what they do and I can’t wait to buy another hat from them in the future!
I'm from out of town. Just wanted to check out boot prices in NC. I had scuffed my boots where here and just mentioned it to the clerks. They said to go Man-Mur Shoe Shop because they could probably help with what to do. I went to the shop and the guy told me exactly what product I needed to get and actually fixed the scuff with no problem. The clerks at Rough were very friendly and conversational. Keep up the good work.

Their inventory is outstanding, their prices are very fair, and the custom hat shaping was second to none. They took the time to educate me throughout the process and made sure I left with a hat that fit perfectly and looked exactly the way I wanted. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and these folks absolutely deliver. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
