Rough Stock Western Wear has earned a customer for life. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and never put any pressure on me to buy anything. Their inventory is outstanding, their prices are very fair, and the custom hat shaping was second to none. They took the time to educate me throughout the process and made sure I left with a hat that fit perfectly and looked exactly the way I wanted. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and these folks absolutely deliver. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Had a great experience here. I had been looking for a shop that could do a "coffin crown". Jose not only was able to do it but was excited about it. The folks here clearly love their careers. Bought not one but two hats and had them shaped for the price of what some shops charge for one hat. This will be my go to spot for hats.
Found Rough stock, a bit ago. I haven’t been disappointed love coming here for nice hats, and get the shaped just how I like them!
