We called them out for birds in our furnace. My fiancee told the guy the birds were in the furnace vent but he proceeded to only inspect the dryer vent and was convinced thats where they were. He noticed the furnace vent on the roof didnt have a cover but didnt bother checking that or even addressing it. He showed up 2 days later while we were gone to get the birds out and then didnt say a word or give us any update. We come home later to hear birds still chirping in our house and now down $400. We used Rottler last year for wasps and this year went with the yearly service because the wasps are really bad this year and we have ants all throughout our yard. Jake G does an exceptional job and even came back out 3 days later when we found a large nest under our pool ledge. All around great customer service!!
