Not sure what to say, I understand it was a late night emergency call but you shouldn't advertise being able to provide services then call back and say you can't.
We have had a wonderful experience with Rottler. I would definitely choose them again. Eric has been coming to our house for a couple of years and he is always so nice.
Blake was phenomenal. He went out of his way to describe the process by which he would solve our problem. As he performed the work he communicated what he found and what he did to eradicate the bats. And ultimately, he did a great job.
Erik was incredibly helpful and responsive when we started having issues with mosquitos and voles, he was able to get us on the schedule quickly and resolve the issue!
