Do not call for service!! We hired them last week and had a scheduled appointment day of Friday. On Friday afternoon, I received a call from an employee, who was clearly upset, and stated that our tenant had called them for an arrival update. She stated they had too many call on Friday and it would be Saturday. I asked if they communicated that to the tenant.
