Got transfered to them after my lawyer passed away. They was absolutely no help to me when a issue with work came up and had to get all straightened out. Kimberly told me to talk to trustee myself and she wouldn't even reach out to him to find payoff balance. They was worst group I ever dealt with. I guess being transferred over to them from court ,they must not have made the full 4000 i paid original lawyer to handle case so I feel like I never even had lawyer after original lawyer passed.
