My whole family has been at this practice for many years, Dr Sarah Hood and her team have been absolutely amazing throughout! From illness to pregnancy, we have been looked after so well, the care and understanding we have received has been outstanding! Absolutely gutted that Dr Sarah Hood is leaving, never had a Dr like her and have a feeling we won't in the future. We wish her all the best for the future xxx

Overall a very unprofessional practice. If you’re seeking for help, the doctor there will just tell you to take antibiotics. 🤔🤔.....Just goes to show how incompetent she is ‘’(Dr Hood)’’.....Not only that, this so called ‘’Dr’’, demonstrated herself to be rude, abrupt and sarcastic, by laughing down the phone!!! Probably one of the reasons why she is leaving the practice now. 🤷🏽♂️ And unfortunately the same goes for the receptionist there too, very patronising, sarcastic, rude and no customer service skills.
