With a bit of a rocky start at the Mapperley branch, I was transferred to the Beeston branch with Sandy overseeing my house purchase and the service improved dramatically and was fantastic. I cannot thank Sandy and the Beeston branch enough, they were very helpful guiding me through the process and were available for questions over the phone when needed. Very professional group of people and made my property purchase as stress free as possible. Highly recommend this branch.
Absolutely inept and dishonest. Were dealing with my late grandfathers estate and have been completely combative and at one point in time just bare faced lied to me. Refuse to speak to me because “I’m not their client” despite said client being deceased and I am the sole remaining representative. It’s ok though I’m literally in the process right now of reporting you to the legal ombudsman. You will speak to me about my grandfathers estate whether you like it or not. I saw Simran who was amazing and very helpful with my will! I had no clue where to start and found writing a will daunting. Simran’s help and advice made it so simple and easy for me to understand the terminology. I’d been to other solicitors for a consultation but they didn’t seem to break down everything as well as Simran did, hence why I went with her. 100% recommend her!
