Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. Called three times within a month to confirm status of tools, never heard back after each call. I was told my tools were at manufacturer for calibration but in reality we’re sitting in their office as I found out on the fourth phone call. This was over a month and a half time As I am forced borrow tools from my contractor.
