Why did I rate ROTH Sugarbush 5 stars? I stop in to get supplies frequently. I have seen every person that works at this store including the owner. I noticed that it does not matter if you are new to making maple syrup starting with your 1st tap or you have 10,000 taps, you get treated the exact same with great customer service. They will figure out your problem and get you running and running more efficiently.
