My experience dealing with Rott & Scholl as a defendant has been extremely disappointing. An associate, Chelsea, sent me an email that was both disrespectful and threatening. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I received a curt response dismissing my points and stating they would take it up with the court. This kind of behavior from a law firm is unacceptable. Defendants deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, not condescension and hostility. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
