Your explanation of refusal does not make a distinction between portable breathalyzer offered at the scene of the stop and a post-arrest the breathalyzer test probably at the police station. These are two distinctly different circumstances. You might want to rewrite it to clarify and post arrest procedures. Other than that, you're providing much needed information to the general public. Thank you

I called Ryan Roth, paid 7K to represent the family member. He Mr. Roth spoke with his client twice prior to going to court and then missed 2 Consecutive Court dates “due to his illness, he then presented the same deal that the public defender was offering prior to our hiring him, his client took the deal and both myself and the client have been ghosted ever since.
