I'm not to sure if I'm going to stay or not. The apartment that I moved into wasn't cleaned very well. There's definitely water damage under the kitchen sink cause it's sags. Yellow spots on the living room carpet which looks gross. I can hear my neighbor walking above me cause it makes a squeaky sound. I was also told by the manager that they have plans to renovate the apartments here.. From what I read now I doubt it if it's going to happen...My neighbor's seem nice.. This place is gross nasty and disgusting. Nicotine dripping down my walls water sprinkler system covered with nicotine ciggy burn holes in carpet and bare floor I am in the process of moving. I have to wash all dishes and everything furniture as I have a layer of white powder on all my stuff. This place I don't recommend to anyone. I moved in here Nov. 2024 with the promise that this was all going to be redone at the first of the year. They lied. And have been for the last several years.
