Who knew Aylmer, ON had a furniture store like this one?! Best kept secret! A MUST for your new furniture needs. Many in-store pieces from classic to contemporary all crammed into this quaint little shop. Don't let that stop you from checking them out. Appearances are deceiving! They can get nearly anything you want, including custom pieces in fabric, leather or leather-look. NO hard sales tactics, just old fashioned, quality customer service. I bought an electric lift chair ($2400.00) and when it arrived it was a terrible fitting chair. I was told that they had to order it special even if there wasn't one in their store to try and sit on and compare and that to return it they charge 25% (approx $600.00 and the rest would be toward a store credit. After dealing with rozelles for 45yrs with no problems I must say this is a terrible way to treat a customer. Once bitten never forget
