We are extremely happy with the service we received from Rosy’s. Two years ago when we were planning my first daughter‘s quinceañera, my youngest daughter saw a dress in the window of Rosy‘s boutique that she fell in love with. When it came time to for her quinceañera that was the dress she had in mind. They got their dresses as 200 to 250usd max and sell them for 2k 3k. I don't think this is a fair sales policy.
This family generally sells the clothes they buy for 200 dollars for 2k and 3k in all their stores. This is not a fair sales policy. This needs to be supervised.
Definitely recommend this place. She was super helpful. I ordered a bear for my daughter's 15 and turned out beautiful.
