Terrible phone etiquette. Lost three potential clients, two being businesses.
Called just to talk to him about taking us on to do our taxes..he said his piece..I said.." ok let me talk to my husband " his response was " oh I don't care.." REALLY? EVIDENTLY the people leaving the 5 star reviews are either family members or his mother.
