We had a SIMPLE for sale by owner ,with in the family, house sale and this firm could not get the closing done on time. Excuse after excuse knowing they had 7 weeks. It ended up taking 18 extra days . Why give a closing date if you can't it done? Zero communication on their part. Difficult to get a hold of to get updates. Wouldn’t return calls for days.
