Rossetti tax has the most rude an degradingwr5 staff working in that office starting with the owner Craig Rossetti. They tried charging $50 addendum fee bc they said ~i forgot to tell them I had a baby.Thats usually the first thing out of your mouth when talking to your accountant, you get a pretty large refund for giving birth! The secretary was so rude to me and then had the nerve to hang right up on me!!! Called back to speak to Craig, on the verge of tears he said "sorry you feel that way.
