We ordered a table from Ross Rustic tables on June 7th. We were told it would be delivered in August. They got behind and scheduled delivery for Sept 9th. The shipper lost a 500 lb table and it was finally delivered on Sept 28th. In the interim, it was damaged. We tried to work with Ross to get it repaired to no avail. Even though they settled with the shipper they were not willing to put in the effort to find a repair facility that they thought was reasonable or to ship a new top to us.
