We ordered a table from Ross Rustic tables on June 7th. We were told it would be delivered in August. They got behind and scheduled delivery for Sept 9th. The shipper lost a 500 lb table and it was finally delivered on Sept 28th. In the interim, it was damaged. We tried to work with Ross to get it repaired to no avail. Even though they settled with the shipper they were not willing to put in the effort to find a repair facility that they thought was reasonable or to ship a new top to us. RecommendedI am building a table for my formal dining room, I needed a heavy duty planar and a better table saw to get the top joined nicely. I messaged Ross rustic tables and they were more than willing to let me bring my material over and help me get it done the way I needed it. They were fair on price and really nice people.
The showroom is very organized with many large samples as well as a view behind the scenes! The owner and staff are very friendly as they genuinely want you to be in love with your product.
