I have been using these guys (and now one gal) for a very long time and have always received great professional service and communication at a very moderate cost. My return is reasonably simple but was moderately complex in the past. We have now also engaged them as accountants for the simple charitable foundation we run, saving us s lot of hassle and work.

I compared my previous year tax return to this years, discovered deductions not included even when I asked the question about them. My fault for signing the tax summary but had hoped for the large fee that all boxes would be ticked correctly. If you are an average person with a small investment portfolio this is not the accountant for you. You are simply a number that charges a very high premium for 30 minutes of your time.

Professional shop front with good business presentation, but when it comes to results for a taxation lodgement, my experience was less than satisfactory. From the beginning of my experience I was told there would be a lot of time expected to get results. After many visits and collection of multiple documents I still found more consultation hours expected to gain a final result.
