Russell was very helpful throughout the process. From advice, to placing an order, to updating on delivery - could not fault throughout. Unfortunately, I didn't grab his name, but the bloke who did delivery was fast, brought the items into the house for my home office set up, he was also just a nice guy.
Extremely efficient. Thank you!
After dealing with Jane today I couldn't recommend this place enough. The entire experience from start to finish was professional, even when my requirements were difficult. Thank you again for your amazing customer service and also to your co-worker who assisted. All the best, Marcus
Covid 19 Update! Ross Office Supplies have been delivering printer cartridges and stationery to our staff at home happily - Terrific Service!!! We have been a customer of Ross Office Supplies for simply ages - they are terrific. We order online or phone for help, they deliver to two different doors for us and when we have an urgent request, if able, they deliver that day or the next morning first thing. We can find stationery in lots of places but the service from Ross Office Supplies keeps us coming back. thank you, Heather
Superb customer service. It's truly wonderful when a retailer goes above and beyond to help (Especially in Victoria's current circumstances)
