Most competitive low interest rate and low closing cost in town great with jumbo conventional veteran and first time home buyers too not only has Dean closed my loan but loans for many of my customers very honest and efficient. He picks up his phone 7 days a week.
So I was referred to them by a good friend. He was thrilled with his process. Couldn't say enough good things. My process however is the complete opposite. Avoid Ross Mortgage and avoid Dean. Seriously. He is supposed to be the branch manager but this being my first home I HAD TO ASK him about different mortgage options. His processor is not very efficient, she supposedly has 20 years experience but will forget to ask you for different documents along the way, dragging things out even more.
