Ripoff artists, will pull the will over your eyes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone who's transparent. They're just a middle man to rack up fees then sell your mortgage off. Go with a lender who will accept no as an answer. When someone is pushy and will not accept no for an answer they are TYPICALLY doing a shady business. I repeat, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their competitors openly mock them (I wish I listened too).

I was very disappointed with the customer service at Ross Mortgage. I initially worked with Grace on a closing and a refinance. I had concerns along the way and when I expressed those concerns, Michael took over who was arrogant and condescending. I went back to Grace to finish the closings. She did not show up for the closings and I never received a follow up call or email to either see how the closings went or to thank me for being a customer.
