RecommendedI have had friends and associates living at SRC for 14 years. My parents have lived in Assisted Living for the past 3 1/2 years. Their care has been exceptional. The staff and facility are top notch.
First class care.
I can not say enough about the staff at URC. My mother and father relocated here from the Santa Rosa area in 2005 and they were met with nothing but caring, helpful folks that went above and beyond the call of duty to help make their lives easy. Sadly, they have both passed away now but the skilled nursing staff is second to none and I can't thank them for all their support and help. Very lovely facilities as well.
This is the current condition of the carpet in the lobby of Shasta Point which is the low income senior housing owned by URC. It has been this way for three months. Absolutely disgusting. What are you going to do about it?
I have been in skilled nursing for more then 6 weeks with two hospital stays for different issues. Staff is great. It feels like family. I have received such good care. I am moving to my new, lovely apartment, but I will miss all the staff here.
