I used this company one year (2019) and received a letter in the mail a month later saying I was no longer a client. No explanation other than a three sentence paragraph. Low quality customer service. I could tell their associates level of communication was lacking when they confused my parents taxes with mine; I file individually. Would not recommend for an individual or company to use.
Enjoyed working with John and his staff. Appreciate how quickly they respond to my questions. Definitely will go back for next year's taxes.
