unique selection The Granville IGA has everything you could think of. The produce selection is excellent and includes many organic items that are hard to find. They have a large deli with many different types of cheeses and meats. The baking section includes all the different kindsof flour and products that are difficult to find. Their bakery makes fresh items daily. The frozen food department is also well stocked. For a small community, they have it all.

Will shop there only if in a pinch The store itself is okay, I still have go to Kroger or Giant Eagle for most of my grocery shopping. I only go to Ross' if I need a couple items. I used to shop there more often but there is one cashier that works there that I avoid - always extremely rude and obnoxious. When I complained to the manager, she started making excuses for him. Not a good way to treat a customer that has lived in the community for over 20 years. "The customer is always right" is not something they go by. Very dis... read more

Nice little local store There is only one grocery store in Granville, and this is it. The closest Kroger is in Heath, and it's not very nice. So, I decided against driving to New Albany to go to a decent Krogers, and instead started shopping at Ross'. The store is small, but that's what you'd expect from an independent grocery. They have a surprising selection of items, though I do find that I have to go to Krogers once a month to stock up on some brand-specific items that Ross' doesn't sell. The staff is always very friendl... read more

Nice selection. The Granville IGA has a good selection of various grocery products. Their produce is very good and their deli is the very best in this area. They sell Boar's Head meats here, which they can put on a sandwich for you or sell to you in bulk so that you can take it home. Prices are a bit inflated, so some items might be better bought elsewhere.

LOve this market. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It has a home-town feel and yet has most things found at a big chain store.

Horrible customer service – I don't know where they find the help these days, but they could not have done any worse. The woman behind the deli was very rude and tossed my order at me - it landed on the floor and she laughed and called me a lousy catcher. Then the young man behind the customer service counter that was checking me out made very inappropriate comments and was very loud and obnoxious. I was embarrassed by his behavior, he thought he was being funny but was really looking foolish. The store itself was decent wit... read more
