Ross Furniture has very friendly helpful staff that greets you as you enter and helps you until you have found whatever you need. The furniture and accessories are incredibly beautiful but a little pricey. I loved almost everything about this place.
Irene was absolutely fantastic! She helped us design our dream living room. We are extremely pleased with our furniture.
Honestly we knew that Ross was going to be on the high end of the furniture spectrum but Irene made us feel right at home. She was able to quickly locate the style, design, and material sectional we wanted. When she showed us that is was marked down we were still hesitant due to the color but it was still the best quality we had seen around town by a clear margin. Mike English and his family are the BEST!! Every time I’ve been in there I’ve received the service and the highest quality furniture! I worked with a super cool salesman too. I think his name was Brannon? He was so knowledgeable of everything on the floor & took as much time as was needed for me to make a decision! This place is ONE OF A KIND!
We had a fun and successful shopping trip at Ross, purchasing a leather sofa, four living room chairs, an ottoman and a rug. We were ably assisted by Irene Humphrey and Brittney English. Good prices especially with some sale items but also custom orders. Discount for cash/check vs credit card. Discount for ordering furniture in stock. We got good advice but not a hard sell. We will post photos after the stuff arrives in a few weeks.
