I bought a mattress 6 years ago from a store that is no longer in business. It was under warranty and Ross has handled my replacement. They will not be making any money off this transaction and have handled the whole deal. Pam is so easy to work with and cares about her customers. I will buy all future mattresses from Ross. I cannot say enough about their customer service.
As a designer, I really enjoy working with the entire Ross team. From purchase to delivery, they are always on top of their game. I appreciate the kind, courteous staff and will continue to do business with them. My clients always love their results as well and that makes our overall experience even better!

I had a great experience at Ross Furniture thanks to Tina. I called ahead to check if they had a specific recliner in stock, and she confirmed they had one available. When I arrived, Tina didn't try to upsell me or push any other products, which I really appreciated. She walked with me around the store, and her easygoing attitude made the whole process enjoyable.
