If you’re able to invest in great quality furniture, Ross Furniture is where you need to go. They have an excellent selection of quality furniture. And I especially love Tina! They stand behind their products. I bought a really nice recliner and the mechanism started squeaking (which is rare). They came and picked it up, fixed it and brought it back to me…and I live 2 hours away! Be assured they’ll do the same for you. Nothing like that kind of peace of mind when you’re spending so much money!
5 stars are not enough, i will give Tina a solid 10 stars. My wife and I went there today for us to buy a chair and a side table. We really want to take our chair home today and she helped us lift it and put it back of my truck. It was a heavy chair. Good customer service and she's so helpful and nice. Willing to go above and beyond. Definitely coming back for future furniture needs.
The “performance fabric “ was not performance at all, total con job. The fabric didn’t last 2 years. Recommend going with Miskelly or out of state furniture outlets.
Irene is the best! She goes above and beyond for you and am thankful for her and will continue to do business with Ross!
Ross Furniture has very friendly helpful staff that greets you as you enter and helps you until you have found whatever you need. The furniture and accessories are incredibly beautiful but a little pricey. I loved almost everything about this place.
