Our Salesperson (Pam) was Great! very Knowledgeable an Helpful. We have Bought Several Pieces of Furniture from Ross and Pearl rivers over the years and I Will say without a doubt they by far sell amazing furniture backed with the best Quality. Wife and I Highly recommend them it was definitely the best decision we made for our Home.
Went in very optimistic and wanting to buy a coffee table, end table, accent table and chair. Found several pieces I liked, but the entire time I was in the store (around a half hour) not a single person approached me to help. Several employees walked right past me and offered to help other patrons. It was insulting. I took my business to D Noblin and Miskellys instead where I was immediately approached and assisted and found all my pieces there. Would not recommend Ross. A wonderful selection of furniture
I bought a mattress 6 years ago from a store that is no longer in business. It was under warranty and Ross has handled my replacement. They will not be making any money off this transaction and have handled the whole deal. Pam is so easy to work with and cares about her customers. I will buy all future mattresses from Ross. I cannot say enough about their customer service.
