Ten Years ago I bought this great buffet here, and it's held up nicely, but recently I went in looking for a new couch and the guy at the desk was just rude to me and the furniture looked second-hand. Needless to say I didn't buy a couch. It must be under new, untrained management now??? Good thing there are other, cleaner, well-stocked furniture stores around.
Went in the other day and the store felt "buggy". The furniture looks a couple decades old. I found much better pieces at Avens and Ashley's, plus both other stores have great customer service! I don't recommend Ross.
Buyer Beware - Return Policy is for store credit only -but they Don't tell you upfront. David, the owner or so he said, has 0 customer service skills. I bought something from him, and he said I could return it if it didn't work. I tried to return it, he refused to help me move it back into the store, then said I couldn't return it at all. I'm warning all you shop here at your own risk!
