Today I went exactly at 10 pm because they say that on Saturdays it is from 9 am to 11:00 pm when I arrive they already had the store closed even though they were following me. I asked and they rudely ignored me... because they put a schedule that they won't respect
Very rude and unprofessional staff, especially at the billing counter. The cashier jumped into a situation without understanding the context and accused us of arguing when we weren’t even speaking. The way we were treated was disrespectful and completely unnecessary. Ross Fremont Hub seriously needs to improve its customer service. Customers deserve basic respect and courtesy.
Lot of good stuff at very competitive prices.Very neat, clean and aesthetically arranged store.on top very welcoming and courteous young staff.I Will definitely visit again.
