WORST STORE MANAGER EVERRRRR!!! She’s rudeeeeee, she’s loud, unhelpful, disrespectful and has 0 customer service. I feel bad for every single employee that have to deal with her everyday. Please teach her some manners or sent her to the back room where she doesn’t have to work with people.
Girl working at front with glasses to take off tags was giving me a hard time started arguing with me and started going off very unprofessional I’d say I was just trying to get in and out but she made it seem like I was stealing, then had the audacity to start talking about my kids not very happy.
This Ross is always fully stocked they have the best shoes here and there always is on the shelves. Have plenty of space for all kinds of items for anyone. Their jewelry section is full of a variety of things like watches to sunglasses.
They have a lot of great clothes and decor especially bougie clothes for cheap
