Rude workers R' Us!!!!! The store prices are great but that's corporate head quarter prices. The service at the store is sorry! One register open for 10 people trying check out slow line due to cashier. Cashier was rude slow and bad in appreance! The other cshier opened line and was to busy talk to other slow cashier! So took even longer! Won't ever go to that ross ever again I rather drive 10 miles away for better service because prices are going to be the same!
Crowded but good This Ross has good selections, I have gone there for work clothes many times. The only problem is that the staff is usually not adequate to accommodate the crowds.
dress for less ROSS Dress For Less has many clothing items for the entire family! They offer men's shirts, pants, shoes, underwear, socks, childrens clothing, women's clothing, home items, shoes, seasonal items, and so much more for such a great price! Even though they have low priced items, they still offer clearance prices for many of their items, all through out the store! At ROSS, the customre comes first, and who wouldn't like a store like that? Great place to shop!
Fantastic! I love shopping isn this store. Everything is always in order and I can look for anything by size and color. The only thing is that their is always a big waiting line for purchasing items. Sometimes I think they need to more cashiers, but overall the service is great. People working their are polite and respectful.
Very nice shirts 4 less! I have found quite a few good deals on shirt / tie combos for only $17.99! They are name brand shirts and last a long time. The store is always busy, because they're not greedy with there prices. I'm glad to see some good business mentality out there in a bad economy.
Great price and great store I like to shop in this store. The price is great. It is so clean and organize. I was able to find things that I want for myself and my family. It would be nice to have every Ross this way. I didn't have to wait long for checkout. The cashier is so friendly.
you can't expect more from a ross to start, yes, ross IS the place to go if you want to dress for less. they have a wide selection of clothing, but if you're looking for something in particular or something really nice, go somewhere else. this place just has tons of random things. i usually go here when i just want to add more things my wardrobe. i never find anything spectacular, but i do find things that i would wear on a regular basis. they also sell tons of other things other than clothes, such as bedding, frames, and sh... read more
Saleslady with an Attitude I usually shop at Ross by Ingram and Ross by Brooks-City-Base. I will not be returning to Ross by Ingram. A saleslady by the name of Olivia Herrera was very rude to me and not helpful at all. I reported her to a store manager. I did not get the manager's name. She was a petite dark asian-looking lady. She said that they have a lot of problems with this employee and that she has worked for Ross a very long long time. great place for bargain hunters If you like to bargain hunt and find good to great deals on designer brands such as Jones, Nike, Lauren, Quicksilver, Levis, DKNY, etc. you'll love Ross. This particular location is better organized than most of the other Ross Strores locations I've been to, The service is not great, but you're not necessarily expecting great service at this type of store. Shopping here can be hit or miss, but I've found some amazing bargains here on clothing, shoes and housewares.
