Messy and dirty
It's not unusual to find merchandise on the floors or just thrown on the racks. Overall impression is dingy, and cheap. Staff is poorly trained. It is possible to find bargains, but it is so depressing to go into this store that I rarely bother.

Deep-discounting chain offers in-season clothing and quality housewares. – In Short
Bargain hunters are treated to rows of clothing racks, some devoted to well-known designers like DKNY and Polo Ralph Lauren, while others are a mix of brand-name and generic labels. Merchandise is marked 20 to 60 percent below department and specialty store prices. Men's, women's and children's apparel are organized by type, such as shirts, pants and shoes. Home furnishings range from cookware and bedding to framed art and vases.

Messy
I use to like shopping at Ross for everything. Lately, I came here to look for some bedding for my home and it was a nightmare. I could not find the size because everything is just piled altogher. It is messy in this store. Piles and piles of merchandize everywhere.

Remember the senior tuesday special
The best day of the week to go to Ross for seniors 55 years old and over is absolutely without a doubt Tuesday. In addition to the already discouted prices, seniors will get an extra 10% off on that particular day of the week. Every little bit helps, especially when you are already spending a few hundred dollars on clothes. The best part about this store is the large shoe section; no matter what style you need, they have it. I even found a pair of Ked sandals for only $3.50 last week. That is unbelievable.
