Today I went to the Ross store to exchange my shoes, which I had bought from Ross. I had also bought two pairs of jeans from there. When I went to the store to exchange the shoes, they said that the tag on these shoes was not from their store. I told them I bought these shoes from here yesterday. I waited in line after Joselyn at the counter told me that someone would check me out soon. After waiting a while she rung up customers behind me. I asked her why am I waiting if she is checking the customers out behind me. She said she could have checked me out. Why did she let me wait for that long without clarifying?
