Dirty! Ross is one of the dirtiest department stores I've ever been to. Although the clothes are sold at low prices, most of the clothes seem out-dated and worn out.
This is .. one place I make sure to check every once in a while because the stock is always changing -- but it's always marked down really low. I especially like their gift items.
