I shop there very often and all I’ve ever had are bad experiences, I’ve witnessed the bigger set lady (probably a manager, red head) yell at her employees at the front of the store multiple times she is so rude and her employees look so scared of her. There should be no reason for a manager to be treating the employees that way. That is not the way a manager should be running a store. I never used to like their style in clothes until a couple years ago they started getting better selection of clothes and now it has became one of favorite stores . all but the jeans they need to have more bootcut jeans. I know skinny jeans are in and they are in style but they have some bootcut for the ppl that don't like the skinny jeans.
Very Angry, Disappointed And Upset! Before I headed over to the Ross Dress For Less store located at: 1839 South La Cienega Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90035, I checked online to make sure that I can still get there before they closed which was at 11:30 P.M. back on Thursday, November 30, 2017. It has all the great clothes you'd find elsewhere, only at Ross its affordable. This Ross has friendlier staff than most stores as well.
Love Ross's customer service is friendly except for one cashier Maria .!!!!# I come in there frequently she waited Me On Me 4 times. Every time she waited on me she was very rude . I spend a lot of money in the store for I stopped at least two three times per week. She should not be in customer service
Love this store. Great selection for women and children and men and I am great on price. Have things for homes to.
Always a fun place to stop in and shop. Almost always find something at great prices - big selection.
