Worst Ross in San Antonio. Terrible customer service and and do not follow the return policies at this location. I had two rugs to return that were literally the same item number. The cashier scanned one only and entered a return with receipt and issued me a voucher in the amount paid, but she finalized it before scanning the second one I was returning.
