Even though they have low priced items, they still offer clearance prices for many of their items, all through out the store! At ROSS, the customre comes first, and who wouldn't like a store like that? Great place to shop!
Saleslady with an Attitude I usually shop at Ross by Ingram and Ross by Brooks-City-Base. I will not be returning to Ross by Ingram. A saleslady by the name of Olivia Herrera was very rude to me and not helpful at all. I reported her to a store manager. I did not get the manager's name. She was a petite dark asian-looking lady. She said that they have a lot of problems with this employee and that she has worked for Ross a very long long time.
