**Frustrating and pointless self-checkout system** I don’t understand the logic behind the self-checkout.The whole point of self-checkout is to speed things up—but after scanning and paying for everything myself, I still had to wait in another line for a security guard to check my receipt and remove tags. So what exactly is faster about this process? It just adds confusion and wastes time. Either streamline the self-checkout system or don’t offer it at all.
I love Ross stores, but this location doesn’t really have much to choose from. The lines are ridiculously long at times.
