Very disappointing experience at this Ross location. The cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful during my return. She spoke to me with an attitude the entire time and said things like, “You done returning stuff?” in a very nasty tone. I understand retail can be stressful, but there’s no reason to talk down to customers or make them feel uncomfortable. I was being polite and didn’t deserve that kind of treatment. Great prices. Could use a few more cashiers.
Actually the store is organized and clean , but the service of It is bad , there is a single cashier and a security service next to the cashier that you are seeing what you buy and also checking the bags it is unnecessary to buy an item she checks the bag when she saw what she buys and pays for it .
