The worst ever! The security guard started threatening the shoppers at 830pm 845pm if they tried to use the dressing room. Because the security guard was preparing to close. The manager was present and did nothing to stop the intimidation. Why is security working against what Ross offers? Very unsafe there because of security. Someone needs to look into this matter.
